5. Course Materials

Course notes, videos, presentations, assignments, software resources, study materials, and other educational content provided by AITS are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use.

Students must not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, upload, or commercially exploit AITS course materials without prior written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All original course content, logos, branding, website content, graphics, training materials, videos, documents, and other intellectual property created or owned by AITS remain the property of AITS or their respective owners.

Unauthorized copying or distribution may result in appropriate action.

7. Certificates

Certificates may be issued only to students who meet the applicable course requirements, including attendance, assessments, assignments, examinations, or other requirements specified for the relevant course.

AITS reserves the right to withhold or delay certificate issuance where applicable requirements have not been fulfilled.

8. Student Conduct

Students are expected to maintain respectful and professional behavior toward trainers, staff, fellow students, and other participants.

Harassment, abusive behavior, cheating, unauthorized access, disruption of classes, or misuse of institute resources may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
