Refund Policy

At AITS Training Institute, we aim to provide quality training and educational services. Please read the following Refund Policy carefully before making any course payment.

1. Course Registration and Admission Fees

Once a student has completed admission or course registration and payment has been made, the admission/registration fee may be non-refundable, except where AITS specifically approves a refund under exceptional circumstances.

2. Course Fees

Course fees are generally non-refundable once the student has been enrolled and course access, study materials, classes, or other educational services have been provided.

3. Cancellation Before Course Commencement

If a student requests cancellation before the scheduled commencement of the course, AITS may consider a refund depending on the course, payment status, administrative costs, and circumstances of the request.

Any approved refund may be subject to applicable administrative or processing charges.

4. Course Transfer

In certain circumstances, AITS may allow a student to transfer enrollment to another batch or course instead of providing a refund. Such requests will be considered at the discretion of AITS and may be subject to availability and applicable conditions.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment or an incorrect payment, the student should contact AITS as soon as possible with the transaction details.

After verification, eligible duplicate payments may be refunded through the original or an appropriate payment method.

6. Payment Gateway Charges

Where applicable, payment gateway, transaction, banking, or other processing charges may be deducted from an approved refund.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7-15 working days, subject to verification and the processing time of the relevant bank or payment gateway.

8. No Refund for Personal Reasons

Refund requests based on personal circumstances, change of plans, non-attendance, relocation, lack of time, or failure to attend classes may not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Cancellation by AITS

If AITS cancels a course or is unable to provide the promised training due to circumstances attributable to AITS, the institute may provide an alternative batch, course transfer, or refund, as applicable.

10. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted to AITS through the official contact details along with:

1. Student's full name
2. Registered mobile number
3. Course name
4. Payment date
5. Transaction/reference ID
6. Reason for requesting the refund

AITS will review the request and communicate the decision after verification.

11. Policy Changes

AITS reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy when necessary. The updated policy will be published on the official website.

Important: Payment of course fees indicates that the student has read and accepted the applicable refund conditions.
